Russian Warning: "Britain Faces Submersion" if NATO Deploys Troops to Ukraine

Dmitry Kiselyov, one of Vladimir Putin's key mouthpieces, has delivered a stern warning to both the UK and US, painting a grim picture of potential consequences.

In a recent broadcast snippet circulating on X, Kiselyov cautioned that any Western incursion into Ukraine with the intent of dealing a strategic blow to Russia would unleash catastrophic repercussions.

He ominously stated, "Should NATO nations dare to step foot in Ukrainian territory with the aim of delivering a decisive blow to Russia, it would herald the realization of Putin's grim question: 'What worth is a world without Russia?' At that juncture, we would unleash our arsenal in all directions – Sarmats, Yars, and Avangards. American nerve centers and launch platforms, both on land and at sea, would find themselves squarely in our crosshairs."

Kiselyov further warned that France's nuclear status wouldn't shield it from instant disarmament, while the British Isles would face submersion beneath the waves. Although the means exist to carry out such cataclysmic acts, he emphasized the urgency of avoiding such a dire scenario.

These stark declarations follow French President Emmanuel Macron's suggestion that the West should consider sending troops to Ukraine, a proposal met with cautious reception by other NATO leaders.

Kiselyov sought to underscore the seriousness of his message: "This is not mere rhetoric. A decade ago, in 2014, we forewarned – possibly for the first time – of the inevitable reprisal. One must not back Russia into a corner, for it stands alone in its capability to reduce the United States to radioactive rubble."

Despite Russia's admonitions about NATO's involvement and military assistance to Ukraine, Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg acknowledged that promised support has been lacking, leading to dire consequences on the battlefield. The dearth of essential supplies has emboldened Russian advancements along the front lines, leaving Ukraine and its allies scrambling to counter the steady Russian encroachment and defend against drone and missile assaults.
